1、 Daily cleaning and maintenance

Timely cleaning: After each shift, the baozi machine should be cleaned in a timely manner, especially the parts that come into contact with food, such as the noodle feeding mechanism, filling feeding mechanism, molding blocks, etc., to prevent the accumulation of food residues and bacteria. When cleaning, food grade cleaning agents should be used and ensure thorough rinsing to avoid residue of cleaning agents.

Handle with care: During the disassembly and cleaning process, be careful to handle all components with care and avoid using hard objects to hit and damage the equipment.

Special maintenance of formed blocks: Formed blocks are key components of the baozi machine and cannot be cleaned with steel brushes or hard objects. After cleaning, it is necessary to place them in order and add a small amount of cooking oil to the formed blocks and transmission parts to prevent rust and adhesion.

2、 Lubrication and Regular Inspection

Lubrication of transmission components: The transmission components of the baozi machine need to be regularly lubricated with edible oil to ensure smooth operation. For example, edible oil should be added to each transmission component every shift, and edible oil should be added to the cam groove and each bearing every three months.

Bearing maintenance: The lubricating grease inside the bearing needs to be replaced regularly, usually every six months, and calcium based lubricating grease should be selected. At the same time, the wear of the bearings should be regularly checked, and if there are any abnormalities, they should be replaced in a timely manner.

Chain and gear maintenance: Chain and bevel gears need to be regularly coated with calcium based grease, usually once every three months. In addition, it is necessary to regularly check the wear of the chain and gears to ensure normal operation.

3、 Equipment inspection and adjustment

Pre startup inspection: Before each startup, check if all components of the equipment are securely installed, if the power supply is functioning properly, and if there are any obstacles around the machine. Ensure that the equipment is in a safe and stable state.

Adjustment of operating parameters: According to production needs, adjust the operating parameters of the baozi machine in a timely manner, such as the conveying speed of dough and filling, forming pressure, and the sharpness of cutting tools, to ensure the quality and production efficiency of baozi.

4、 Safe operation and maintenance

Professional operation: The baozi machine should be operated by a dedicated person, and the operator needs to undergo professional training to master equipment operation skills and safety knowledge. At the same time, equipment operating procedures should be strictly followed to ensure operational safety.

Safety protection: During operation, it is strictly prohibited to touch the high-temperature parts of the equipment, and it is strictly forbidden to insert hands or any objects into the interior of the equipment. During the operation of the equipment, debugging, adjustment and other operations are strictly prohibited to prevent accidents.

Electrical system maintenance: Regularly inspect the electrical system, including power cords, plugs, switches, and circuit boards, to ensure that they are intact and in good contact. If there is any abnormality, it should be replaced or repaired in a timely manner.
